Kelly P. Mann, Associate - Ms. Mann focuses her practice in the areas of employee benefits law and employee benefit litigation, employment law and corporate law. She earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky in 2000, where she competed on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team. She received her B.A. degree in Government magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 1997. She served as judicial clerk for John D. Minton, Jr. in the Warren Circuit Court. Following her clerkship, Ms. Mann joined a small firm in Bowling Green, KY., specializing in insurance defense litigation. Ms. Mann is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, as well as a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association. She is a contributing author to BNA’s ERISA Litigation 2007 Supplement for “Age Discrimination in Employee Benefits.” Ms. Mann is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee.
