Josddeph M. Viglione, Associate– Mr. Viglione focuses his practice in the areas of employee benefit law, employment law, human resources consulting, corporate law and litigation related to those areas
of practice. He earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008, where he competed on the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team and was the Managing Editor of the
Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. He also participated in both advocacy and mediation clinics. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1967 and an M.B.A. in 1974 from Drexel
University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Viglione was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of a large Knoxville based manufacturing company. He is a member of the American and
